The Dr. Phil website has been redesigned, and now you can watch partial episodes (more like little preview video clips) of his current shows online.

From the homepage of Dr. Phil, if you click on a day, they’ve got video clips of fascinatingly watchable stories like that of a fireman named Brandon, who admitted to sleeping with his 18-year-old nanny (but denied making passes at nannies #2, 3 and 4) while his wife was home recovering from surgeries from her car accident.

Brandon’s stumbling and stammering plight — coupled with the vacuousness and denial state of his sympathetic wife, Amy — made for such intriguing viewing that Dr. Phil ran out of time and opted to continue their “Nanny Affair” show in two parts.

The third (or fourth? or fifth?) wheel in this saga is Amy’s best friend, the red-headed Heidi, whom Brandon also denies propositioning — but a woman he made sure to call “ugly” and a “whore” with a past.

So, “The Nanny Affair” Dr. Phil show is a sad one — frustrating in the way that Amy stays with Brandon. But to her credit, she believed he had changed, and only learned some of the truth as it emerged during the show.

Another good Dr. Phil show involved teens who send text messages while driving.

Future Episodes of Dr. Phil’s Show…

… can be previewed here at the bottom of this page that says “Sneak Peek” and “Watch Now” this video clip of upcoming Dr. Phil shows with Paris Hilton’s friends and the guys who were in the car with Lindsey Lohan when she went a little nuts.

Another cool feature is the way the Dr. Phil show responds to the people who comment (contact the Dr. Phil show here) during the actual show to get a real-life feel for how the TV-viewing audience is feeling.

Hopefully Dr. Phil’s next step will be to put longer, full-episodes (or fuller) of his show online like these.

What most surprised me about that Dr. Phil clip was the upcoming show about Peter Brady (okay, Christopher Knight) being so mean to his wife, Adrianne Curry.

It just amazes me that crazy-popular network-TV shows like The View, Oprah and Dr. Phil don’t already have full-length episodes of their shows online.

They are missing crazy advertising dollars by not doing so!
