Watch John McCain on Ellen: Video debate over gay marriage disagreement…

John McCain told Ellen “We just have a disagreement…” about the gay marriage issue. “So you’ll walk me down the aisle?” Ellen laughed, cracking me up, ending with her hope that gay marriage wouldn’t just be the contract John McCain conferred it to be, saying instead of gay marriage, there should be other rights offered.


“I think people should be able to enter into legal agreements,” John McCain told Ellen in the below video. “I just believe in the unique status of marriage between man and woman.”


“…blacks and women did not have the right to vote,” Ellen countered to John McCain, saying being told she can’t marry a woman is like telling her where we can’t sit. “We are no different, our love is the same,” Ellen said.


Sounds like they agreed to disagree.
