So set your clocks back one hour at 2 a.m. before you go to bed Saturday, November 1, 2008.
Or set them back one hour after you wake up on Sunday morning, November 2, 2008.
So we gain an hour of sleep! Yay!

The extra hour of sleep is amazing by the way… I´m in Europe, so our clocks went back last weekend. I remember feeling really disorientated the next day.. I got all confused with my times!! I really can´t believe how dark it is in the eveing. It starts to get dark around 4pm now… the good thing about the clocks going back is that in the morning, when I´m getting up for work, it´s a lot lighter than usual :-) WOOHOO.. definately helps with the wakening part of the morning.
