Many homes and a Westmont College dorm and other buildings have been burned by a “Tea Fire” in upscale Monticeto, near Santa Barbara. (I still don’t know why it’s called the “Tea Fire” thus far.)


Here is raw video of the Tea Fire burning wildly, fueled by wind-whipped air — the “Tea Fire” being the type of monstrosity people have feared in California.
