SOHH.com Hacked – Personal Vendetta Against SOHH.com Founder Felicia Palmer to Blame?
SOHH.com has been hacked.
According to StatBrain, SOHH.com got nearly 500,000 visitors per day before they were hacked, but I think that’s high because stacking SOHH.com against PerezHilton.com it looks like less. I don’t know.
Compete.com says SOHH.com peaked at 600,000 visitors per month before they got hacked. Anyway…

CANADA IS SUPPORTING SOHH.COM! Whoever did this is a racist who put the Swastiker up there and they believe it was an inside job! All of us here in Canada is supporting Felicia Palmer. I put so much work on these websites at Keminications Media daily that I give so many interns a job. Who can you trust anymore? I hope she backed up some information. Job in the bible came back with 10 times more riches and Felicia will rise FROM THE ASHES while the hacker will BURN TO ASHES!Whoever runs this video blog, pls contact me. Such a great site!

Personally I believe it was ebaumsworld. They’ve had a vendetta with 4chan for ages and they’ve tried to blame hackings in the past on 4chan to give them bad publicity.

Here’s an update on the Sohh.com Hacking situation.
We all learned yesterday morning (thanks to sites like Watch Free Episodes) that Sohh had been severly compromised and was down.
Well by noon (of that same day) Allhiphop.com had also taken a major hit.
According to Black Web 2.0 both Site Owners/ Administrators have called in the FBI’s Cyberspace Crime Division to investigate.
It appears as if this group who calls themselves “Anonymous” are trying to take down Blogs and Sites that primarily cater to the Urban/ Hip Hop scene.
Ironically this also all happening NOW that we have an African-American Presidential Candidate in the race.
This is NOTHING more than a scare tatic to take our eyes off of the Prize in November 2008.
No doubt Hackers like Ebaumsworld, 4Chan and others have been around since the inception of the Internet, so its no surprise there.
What’s strange is how NOW they’ve begun to ONLY attack Urban sites AFTER Barack Obama won the Democratic Presidential Nomination.
The origin of this Hateful Sabotage has Zero to do with some type of “Racists Forum” on Sohh or Allhiphop’s Discussion Boards.
Those two sites have been around for at least 10 yrs and everything imaginable has been discussed on them, including RACISM.
I also don’t believe those hits came from within their own organizations.
Here’s the real deal:
As a Community (African-American/ Urban) we NEED to wake up, smell the coffee and Pull together!
I noticed even before I began Blogging how SEPARATED The Urban Blogosphere is.
There are Cliques and Circles that exist just like those within and outside of “The Greek” world, if you know what I mean.
For ex:
Younger Bloggers vs. Older (Physical ages)
Political vs. Urban (Hip Hop)
Male vs. Female
Educated vs. Uneducated
Tech Savvy vs. “What do you mean by a Site Map?”
Wealthy vs. “Hood Rich”
North vs. South
East vs. West
Larger sites vs. Smaller ones
etc.,
Yet we then wonder why we aren’t a Stronger force within Web 2.0?
Yet we then wonder why we are so Vunerable to Hacker Nuts like Ebaumsworld, 4Chan, etc.
Yet we then wonder why the DNC didn’t take African-American Bloggers seriously enough to invite enough of us until we spoke up.
When there is NO REAL UNITY, there are are NO WALLS OF PROTECTION and NO RESPECT!
After Observing the pre-dominantly Caucasian Blogosphere, I noticed that they have a tendency to work together, stick together, help one another, alert one another, protect one another, pass on valuable info. to one another, etc.,
Even….
If they aren’t apart of one another’s Blog/ Site’s Networks.
Don’t get it twisted!
I am NOT Bashing the Urban Blogosphere or African-American Bloggers.
After all how can I Slam myself right?
I am also NOT stating that the Caucasian Blogosphere is Perfect.
No Way!
First of all there shouldn’t even be a Caucasian Blogosphere vs. an African-American Blogosphere but that’s another Topic.
I’m just saying that their Network is a lot less Divisive than ours.
Which is unfortunate and thus leading to tragedies like the Infiltration, Severe Hacking and perhaps beginning of a demise for Legendary, Mega, Urban sites like Sohh.com and Allhiphop.com
It’s not sad that Racism of this magnitude still exists.
Stupid and Unproductive yes but that type of Ignorance will probably be around until the end of this World (whenever that may be).
What’s Sad is that WE as a People haven’t learned to really BOND and become Unified even within the Internet!
That’s why I don’t mind giving shout-outs to Urban Social Media Networks like:

I’ve said enough already, perhaps too much but any Blogger or Webmaster who is secretly smirking about what happened to Sohh or Allhiphop needs to just take their Blog or site down and keep it moving!

RB, do yourself a favor AND USE GOOGLE TO FIND MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THIS TOPIC.
The guys on the JBO part of the sohh forums called 4chan out and called them pasty ass bitches and such, some users told them they didn’t know who they were fucking with, the users who first called 4chan out CONTINUED TO PROVOKE 4chan calling them “crackers” and other such racially insensitive remarks (I also believe they even insulted the 4chan members of asian decent). 4chan got tired of the idiots insulting and proceeded to flood the foums with pictures of genital mutilation and dead people. JBO CONTINUED TO PROVKE THEM, and even said they won teh “war” against 4chan. 4chan got even more pissed and decided to stop playing around and proceeded to hack sohh.com and take down the forums. The owner of sohh.com took down the website. 4chan put up those racist pics and offensive headlines to get people pissed, and it obviously worked on you, since you seem to have just made the most ridiculous conspiracy theory EVER. If you still believe that 4chan is not racist see what they did against A LEADER OF THE WHITE SUPREMACIST MOVEMENT

Anonymous are simply opportunists.
You do not taunt the bull with a red flag in the real world. The same applies here.
This was not a racial attack. If it were a white supremacist (google: Hal Turner Anonymous) the attacks would have been thematically suited to that.
Anonymous raids of any variety (be it Hal Turner, Scientology, SOHH, etc.) are done to provoke a reaction from people who feel they are above and beyond the rest of us without any justification other than their own arrogance. Tall poppies.
Their reactions are priceless, because how dare someone call them out. How dare someone attack the intricately crafted persona they have formed for themselves in their own little world.
Of course, they always play the victim instead of the instigator. In this case: they play the race card. Now they are humbled.
