I just signed up here on Amazon to find out to find out when the Slumdog Millionaire DVD’s release date is, so that I know the exact date the Slumdog Millionaire Blu-Ray and other DVD would be available for sale.


I suggest you do the same.

The Slumdog Millionaire movie was amazing…I bet the book was too…

I just saw Slumdog Millionaire, and it was both so sad and horrifying and hopeful all at once.


To see the horror of what the “slumdogs” — akin to “hood rats” term we use here in the States — have to endure was eye-opening.


I learned it’s based on the Slumdog Millionaire: A Novel, and even though that says “novel”, I keep asking myself: Is Slumdog Millionaire based on a true story?

I don’t see it available for legal download yet online, but check here on Amazon’s Video on Demand page or in the iTunes movie rentals to see if they soon put Slumdog Millionaire online to watch the whole movie legally.

People want to know where Slumdog Millionaire is playing in their city…

And I don’t blame them.


To find out where Slumdog Millionaire is playing near your city, just check the “more movies” section of Yahoo movies section on Yahoo.com and hopefully you’ll see Slumdog Millionaire playing near you, like it’s playing near my city of Akron, Ohio, right now.


Slumdog Millionaire is widening it’s release, it looks like.


But it reminded me of when I went to a missionary night at a church and saw films of the missionaries who went to India and there was a little baby girl crawling around on the city ground, sans diaper.


Heartbreaking.


If that doesn’t make us give, what will?
