Man Surfs Behind Shark After Feeding Shark Meat – Is it real or a scam?
When you see “Man surfs behind shark” as a popular search term, you’ve gotta check it out. Watch the below linked-to video called “shark surfing,” wherein it looks like a man actually surfs behind a shark.
Shark Surfing? Hoax? Scam? CGI? Or did he really surf behind a shark?
But me being a techie and knowing wonders of CGI — I can’t help but ask if the man really surfed behind the shark, or is it a doctored video with a whole lotta CGI magic.
What do you think? Did this surfer really surf behind a shark?

what would it take to fake this? not much. and no fancy editing, only some extra time and many takes. with a small boat outside the picture and some swimmers with rubber fins on their backs.

What a lot of rubbish! Once a shark has taken bait into it’s mouth it rapidly shakes it’s head from side to side (like a dog shaking a rag) to tear through the flesh of it’s victim. A shark with a dorsal fin that size would have pulled the guy straight off his surfboard, and another point, when a shark gets hooked, it’s immediate reaction apart from the side to side shaking of it’s head, is to swim straight down!
