Ed Gordon Launches Daddy’s Promise Website — Right on time!

I already love the concept of Ed Gordon’s website, Daddy’s Promise. DaddysPromise.com and Ed Gordon’s blog — both are efforts resulting from the overflow of positive responses that Ed Gordon received after writing an Essence article about his wonderful relationship with his daughter.

Watching the below video with Ed Gordon introducing the Daddy’s Promise promise that black fathers can make to show the world that they do love their daughters is just the inspirational kick in the pants I needed to get off my butt and go drive to Chicago today — which I was stalling against — to go spend some time with my beautiful 87-year-old father…
