So D.L. Hughley scored a new show called “D.L. Hughley Break the News” on CNN.
What About Our Daughters is pissed about D.L. Hughley’s new show, because they remember D.L. Hughley’s comments about black women being ugly. That’s ironic because D.L. Hughley is talking about his own daughter in the video below — I’m sure he finds his black daughter beautiful.
Though I don’t always agree with D.L. Hughley’s thought process and stance and stuff, I do find him intelligent and funny.

Hello D.L I watch your show because I look at you and I hear you say that all you have is a GED but I know that you had to have more than that. I say that because I have had my GED almost twenty years and it hasn’t gotten me anywhere.
I worked as a CNA for almost twenty years, now I am in my mid forty’s and I am changing careers. I attend Rasmussen College and one of my recent assignment was to write about a hero, we had a list that characterized a person that was considered a hero and I chose Dr. King, he accomplished everything on the list but I received a failing grade for the assignment. My instructor didn’t consider Dr. King a hero, he is definately a hero to me, I know that you and our new president and millions of other people agree with me.
